Recruitment
If you would like to work for Deep Kleen Services, please phone us on 020 8853 1251 to find out if we have any vacancies.
We offer a competitive package with training and opportunities for promotion.
Training policy
Training and safety education is fundamental to maintaining the high standards required of our employees.
All new employees are given induction training, comprising Health and Safety, fire and emergency procedures, and the handling, transportation and storage of equipment and materials. This initial training is the foundation on which our employees can develop their skills and technical knowledge through our comprehensive technical training programme.
Technical training is mandatory for specialised cleaning equipment, with additional training in the use of a client's 'in house' equipment, if required.
By encouraging cooperation between our management and employees, and by training and promoting staff from within the company, we have been able to achieve a high level of staff loyalty.
All our managers and supervisors attend regular training courses in new technology, safety regulations and practices within the cleaning industry. Any new methods that we think will be beneficial will be incorporated into our cleaning schedule, but only after thorough testing.
Equal Opportunities
Deep Kleen Services is an equal opportunities employer. The aim of our Equal Opportunities policy is to ensure that no job applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which are not essential for carrying out the job, on the grounds of sex, colour, race, religion, nationality or ethnic origin.
To ensure that such direct or indirect discrimination does not occur within the company, recruitment and other employment decisions are regularly monitored and reviewed to ensure that individuals are selected and treated on the basis of their relevant merits and abilities.
Whilst all employees will be given equal opportunity with Deep Kleen Services and attention will be given to possible remedies for any form of discrimination at any level within the company, it is the personal responsibility of all employees to accept the implementation of this company policy.
Any employee who believes that he or she has been unfairly treated in any way associated with this policy is entitled to raise the matter through the appropriate grievance procedure.
