Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (UK) Limited have been using Deep Kleen Services since 1991. At that time we were based in Lime Street and The Minories.

Due to our growing business, we relocated to new offices at the very prestigious Minster Court Building in Mincing Lane, in August 1993. We have expanded further and to date occupy three floors at Minster Court covering a total of 24,500 square feet.

The building at Minster Court is extremely well presented and attracts leading companies in our field of business. Our offices are modern and tastefully furnished, and the extensive use of glass and chrome means the cleaning must be undertaken with much care and attention.

The cleaning needs of Liberty Mutual have therefore changed quite significantly in the last twelve years. In addition to daily office cleaning we have our carpets and windows cleaned on a regular basis. Occasionally, there is a need for an emergency cleaner to deal with spillages or other minor accidents.

Deep Kleen Services have seen us through all our moves and expansions. They have always been able to provide emergency cover or change their cleaning times to suit our particular needs. As with most offices, we are all very busy and checking the standard of cleaning every morning is not something any of us here would want to do. It is a great relief to have faith in our cleaning team and know they can be relied upon to do their job efficiently.

As well as our eight daytime cleaners, we have a site manager who visits daily to check all work is being completed thoroughly and with attention to detail. This high level of management and close supervision is enhanced by regular visits from the Director, Terry Coleman, who has always taken a personal interest in our company. These frequent checks on the quality of service they provide to us means that any problems are dealt with immediately, and nothing is overlooked.

In my experience as office manager, it is rare to be able to use the same provider for as long as we have used Deep Kleen Services. In turn, I know that many of Deep Kleen's staff have been employed by them for over ten years, which is a reflection of the loyalty inherent in the company, both to employers and clients alike.

This high level of service, combined with a very personable approach from the management and staff alike is what makes Deep Kleen Services the successful cleaning contractor every time we go through our standard tendering process. As with many companies at Minster Court who use them, I would highly recommend Deep Kleen Services as a first rate and extremely conscientious cleaning company.
