Duke Street Capital
London SW1
Duke Street Capital awarded their cleaning contract to Deep Kleen Services in 1999. We required a cleaning company to understand our desire for immaculate offices and to have the flexibility to fit into our sometimes hectic schedule. We were suitably impressed with their honest and thorough presentation, and have not been disappointed by their work or their staff. The standard of cleaning has always been excellent, with any problems dealt with swiftly and professionally.
In addition to the standard daily cleaning programme, we use their carpet cleaning and window cleaning services. The results are always very impressive. Deep Kleen was also on hand to assist where possible in our recent re-location to King Street. Our new offices are open plan with additional meeting rooms and are furnished to a very high standard, using a substantial amount of glass and chrome. We are very particular in our demands for our working environment to be cleaned to the highest standard - a fact that is fully appreciated by our Deep Kleen Site Manager, who takes a close personal interest in our needs.
Our varying business schedule can mean that we require a day person to help out with functions at busy periods. Deep Kleen is always able to accommodate this request, even at short notice. In fact, they are so reliable that we tend to make them our first port of call when we need to buy extra catering equipment or we run out of mugs! We recently hosted a reception and were very pleased to say our offices certainly lived up to the occasion. They were quickly returned to their immaculate state after all the visitors had departed.
The success and smooth running of this account is due to the high standards and expectations set out by the management team.
We are delighted with Deep Kleen's service and look forward to a continued working relationship.
