BNB Resources Group have been using Deep Kleen Services as their cleaning contractor since June 1994. We have eight floors, a basement and sub basement totalling 70,000 sq. ft., and each floor has different cleaning requirements. We use their carpet cleaning as well as window and fabric cleaning services.

Deep Kleen Services have proved to be the most conscientious and well managed cleaning contractor I have dealt with during my 30+ years of office management. They have always managed to understand our somewhat complicated requirements and their reaction to emergencies is always first class.

The Director takes a personal interest in maintaining the high standards we require and regularly carries out an inspection of the building with the Supervisor to pick up any minor points, and always follows up these inspections to ensure the remedial works has been carried out. This means that I no longer have to check all ten floors myself to keep the standard of cleaning high.

We are constantly moving people around, dismantling and re-building offices and refurbishing the various floors, and Deep Kleen somehow manage to keep up with this work and maintain the areas in a clean and tidy condition whilst the refurbishment is carried out. Once the work is complete, they always carry out a 'spring clean' without being asked so as staff move to their new positions, everything is sparkling and dust free.

In my opinion, the reason that Deep Kleen have proved so competent over the years is their exceptionally high level of supervision and management. Our daily supervisor remains on site throughout the morning to ensure that nothing has been left and any emergencies can be swiftly dealt with. The Director visits our building on a regular basis and takes a keen interest in making sure we can concentrate on running our business rather that checking up on the cleaning standards. Both the Supervisor and Director are swift to spot any problem and resolve it before I even arrive in the building.

I am always happy to recommend them to any organisation that need a first class cleaning contractor.
