Axis Specialty recently moved from Minster Court, a well known office building in London EC2, to Plantation Place South, an impressive office complex in London EC3. Deep Kleen cleaned Axis Specialty's 11,100 sq ft Minster Court offices since they moved in during 2002, and now cleans their new offices in Plantation Place South.
The case study below applies to the Minster Court offices and will shortly be updated to include the new Plantation Place South office cleaning contract.

When Axis Specialty moved to their newly refurbished offices at Minster Court in August 2002, the daily office cleaning contract was awarded to Deep Kleen Services.
The phased move was eventually completed in January 2003. The offices comprise 11,100 square feet and are furnished to an exceptionally high standard. They are carpeted throughout, with the exception of a marble floor in the main reception area. With careful planning we have provided a bright, modern workplace for our employees. As well as an open plan office area, there are a number of offices and private meeting rooms. The dining room and board room each seat fourteen people and a business lounge has been created to provide relaxed, informal surroundings for our employees to conduct business. In addition, the kitchen, toilets and executive shower rooms are all fitted out to a very high specification.
It follows that the cleaning company tasked with meeting our high standards must be highly motivated, flexible and in harmony with our view of care and attention to detail.
Deep Kleen Services have been able to meet these criteria. It was essential that our cleaning contractors be flexible in their approach to our needs during the transition from partly occupied offices to our fully operational state. There were times when parts of our offices were suffering from the excess dust created by the renovation works, but the staff and management at Deep Kleen were able to keep the effects of this to a manageable level.
We have daytime cleaners fully supported by a site manager, who oversees the work on a daily basis and ensures our high standards are maintained. In addition, we preserve a close relationship with the Operational Director and the administration team.
I believe the tiered management and fully committed teamwork, supported by a good customer care service, make Deep Kleen Services unique in their field.
