Carpets
The world famous Wembley sports and business complex is an example of the scale of carpet cleaning operations we have successfully undertaken. For more than a decade, until the Wembley stadium was closed in 2000, we regularly cleaned almost 250,000 square feet of broadloom carpet and carpet tiles at the stadium, arena and conference centre.
Regular carpet cleaning, using advanced modern techniques and skilled operators, keeps your carpets in perfect condition.
A clean carpet looks good, feels good and gives the smart, professional appearance you want to promote.
A grubby carpet speaks volumes. It's unsavoury, unsightly, unhealthy and offputting. It's unpleasant for your staff and won't impress your clients.
Protecting your investment
The better you look after your carpets the longer they will last.
It's surprising how quickly a carpet can lose its 'just laid' appearance. Because the deterioration is gradual no one notices at first. Then one day you move a filing cabinet and the bright, fresh carpet underneath reveals just how shabby the main area has become.
Carpet cleaning techniques
Carpet cleaning technology has advanced considerably in recent years. We offer a number of different options, always recommending the technique best suited to the job in hand. We can even remove chewing gum.
Skilled operators
Whichever carpet cleaning method you choose, the quality of the results depends to a large extent on the skill and experience of the operator. We have been cleaning carpets on a commercial scale for many years and our operators know all the tricks of the trade.
Texatherm carpet cleaning system
One of the most advanced carpet cleaning methods we use is the Texatherm system, which allows us to achieve results normally only associated with water extraction methods, whilst delivering all the benefits of a dry cleaning system.
The time saving, compared to water extraction methods, can be up to 60% and the newly cleaned carpet is dry in 30 minutes. The process cleans the carpet, disinfects it and applies an anti-static coating. There are no sticky residues to attract new dirt and the carpet is PH neutral on completion. The cleaning agents used are environmentally friendly and low noise levels allow office workers to continue working nearby if necessary.
The unique Texatherm system uses an exothermic reaction created by mixing two special solutions and initiating the reaction with a heated pad. This creates a capillary action which causes the oil film and dirt that is bound to the carpet fibres to wick from the base of the carpet to the surface where it can be absorbed by the heated pad.
Carpet tiles
The Texatherm technique is also ideal for cleaning low profile commercial carpet tiles. This has traditionally been difficult as the lack of airflow through the tile often leaves much of the dirt behind. As the Texatherm system is not dependent on airflow it cleans the tiles without difficulty.
Our advice
Don't wait until your carpet has visibly deteriorated. Plan ahead and implement a regular carpet maintenance programme. You'll protect your investment and ensure your office always looks good. Call us on 020 8853 1251 and we'll give you an idea of costs for your particular circumstances.
